Founded on October 28, 2002, the World Abacus Mental Arithmetic Federation (WZF) is an academic, international and non-profit social organization voluntarily established by an international non-governmental educational and research group on abacus mental arithmetic. It is registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China and has a secretariat in Beijing, China.
